Job Description｜職位簡介

• Our Management Trainee Program is designed for individuals who are eager to explore different aspects of business development, client engagement, and team operations within a professional financial services environment.
  本管理培訓生計劃旨在讓有志發展事業的人才，接觸業務發展、客戶關係及團隊運作等範疇。
• Through structured training and practical exposure, you will gradually build your professional skill set and long-term career direction.

Responsibilities｜工作職責

• Participate in training programs and on-the-job projects
  參與公司培訓及實務項目
• Assist in understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions
  協助了解客戶需要並提供合適方案
• Build and maintain client relationships
  建立及維繫客戶關係
• Support team operations, planning, and promotional activities
  協助團隊日常運作、企劃及推廣活動
• Take part in department rotation to gain exposure to management and business development
  參與部門輪調，了解管理及業務發展模式

Requirements｜入職要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above (all disciplines welcome)
  大學本科或以上學歷，科目不限
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  具良好溝通及人際技巧
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
  主動、有責任感、願意學習
• Open to challenges and personal growth
